Elisabeth, did an amazing job! The attention to detail was great,especially in addressing the little things I mentioned. She even took the time to introduce yourself, ask me to show her around, and inquire about my pet peeves, which I truly appreciated. She left our place looking fantastic. Ashley and Lucinda arrived on time. They were here to do a deep clean throughout the house. After showing them around my house, they got right to work. A major problem was the bathtub, it now sparkles and looks brand new. Ashley and Lucinda made the kitchen and rest of the house shine. They were friendly in their personalities plus they were sweet with my dog.

Great service , super affordable, girls are super friendly and respectful. I recommend!

I’m not honestly sure how this place has so many 5 star ratings so maybe my situation is a one off. My mother purchased this cleaning for me and coordinated a window cleaning service as well (which is extra). My windows didn’t look clean at all. Among other issues…it looked like a very surface clean that I could’ve done myself. We did the right thing, followed up with the office manager to give constructive feedback. The office manager put me in touch with the owner whom I tried talking to many times. We had one quick conversation and planned another time to talk…she blew me off. I guess she doesn’t care about her business or every customer she services. The scope of the work the cleaners do is misleading. There’s a lot they “can’t” do. I held off on writing this review for a long time, but the lack of consideration from the owner drove me to write this.

Incredibly professional and reasonably-priced home cleaning that leaves your home spotless! Eva is the best! My wife and I are working parents and sometimes the house becomes a mess. Hocus Pocus shows up on time, are great to work with, and always help when we need it most!

Very pleased with our deep cleaning! The whole process of getting a quote to scheduling was easy, great communication with the office. The deep cleaning we paid for our home was well worth the money. I’m looking forward to having regular cleanings each month to help maintain our house.

Both where detailed and thorough for my first initial visit on December 31,2025. This is important for me and my family. They are professional, personable and kind which is rare to find. Which was one of my fear of having a cleaning company in my home. They where respectful and careful with my belongings. Which provided me with a peace of mind. I also love when they asked. Easy to schedule . Ashleigh and Megan were very professional and arrived on time. Great attention to detail in the home. My glass shower doors have never looked cleaner and my kitchen cabinets look brand new! I am very pleased and will be recommending to family and friends!

I have depression which can make cleaning up after myself hard and it often gets away from me. I have used Hocus Pocus a few times and they always do an amazing job with their services but particularly today Courtney did an awesome job cleaning my house and I couldn’t be happier with the results!

Amazing customer service and really lovely, kind and thorough cleaners. Several cleaners have had to put up with my barky dog and they did so with kindness and patience. It was much appreciated!!
